Remove from package and rinse under cold water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Brown the whole piece: Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat and brown on all sides until golden and crisp.
Brown in slices: Slice to desired thickness. Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat and brown on each side until golden and crisp.
