Potato Pancakes

Ingredients

Potatoes, Onions, Water, Dehydrated Potatoes, Canola Oil, Matzoh Meal (Wheat), Egg Whites, Egg, Salt, White Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place frozen potato pancakes on a baking sheet. Heat 8-10 minutes on each side.

Frying Pan:
Cook from frozen. Pan fry over medium heat in a small amount of vegetable oil 4-6 minutes per side.

Cooking Notes

  1. Trader Joe’s Potato Pancakes aka “Latkes” are darned good. Not exactly like homemade-right-out-of-the-fry-pan, but that is an impossible task when serving more than 4 people. So, save yourself some work and and a whole lot of clean-up and get these. If you don’t tell your guests, Joe won’t either.
