Cook From Frozen
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a stock pot. Place the unopened bag into boiling water and boil until mussels open, about 6 to 7 minutes. Cut bag atong top and pour mussels and sauce into a bowl to serve.
Microwave (1200 watt):
Microwave cook times may vary depending on own wattage. Cut a small slit into bag; place in microwave – slit side up. Microwave on high until mussels open, about 6 to 7 minutes. Cut bag along top and pour mussels and sauce into a bowl to serve.
