Tarte d’Alsace French Style Flat Bread with Ham Caramelized Onions and Gruyere Cheese

Ingredients

Crust:
Wheat Flour, Water, Sunflower Oil, Salt. Toppings: Cremé Fraiche (Cultured Pasteurized Cream, Citric Acid, Sodium Ascorbate), Cooked Ham (Cured with Water Added, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphates, Smoke Flavoring, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite), Caramelized Yellow Onions (Yellow Onions, Canola Oil, Caramel Color), Gruyere Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes, Salt).

Contains Wheat and Milk.

Cooking Instructions

From Frozen:
Preheat oven to 450°F for 10 minutes. Remove all packaging from frozen tarte. Place tarte on a baking sheet. Bake tarte on center rack of oven for 8-10 minutes, or until crust is golden brown. Carefully remove tarte from oven, let stand 1 minute before serving.

Note: Due to oven variances, heating times and/or temperatures may vary with oven.

Do not that and refreeze.

Cooking Notes

Take care when removing your tarte from the baking tray – we consistently find the center to be very melty, and it makes it a bit hard to serve. A silicone spatula helps!
