Contains a 29% solution of: Water, Seasoning (Sea Salt, Cane Sugar, Celery Extract, Garlic Extract, Onion Extract), Spice Extractives, Sodium Lactate, Spice Rub (Bay Leaves, Crushed Red Pepper, Coriander, Dill Seed, Mustard Seed), Garlic Cloves.
Pour entire contents of bag in a pot. Add enough water to cover beef. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until fork tender. Slice across the grain to the desired thickness. Serve hot or cold.
